Up to 1 month before departure date: 100% refund

Yes, we do.
A surcharge of 500 Euro is applicable. If booked more than more than 4 weeks in advance the surcharge is included.
This surcharge does not apply to the one way trips in our recommended section.

2WHAT IS THE BEST TIME FOR SAILING IN CROATIA?
We recommend mid-May to mid-September as the most suitable time.

4CAN YOU FETCH ME FROM THE AIRPORT?
Our partner shuttle company will fetch you from the airport and take you to the yacht.
For Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik the shuttle fee is included in your charter price.

5WHAT CURRENCY DO I NEED?
You can pay with Euros, but will receive Croatian Kuna in change. We recommend to rather draw some Kuna as cash at an ATM and pay the rest with a credit card.

2DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
We always recommend to have a travel insurance as it covers many events outside of our responsibility.
Our insurance covers the yacht and yachting related events.
3WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Before leaving port and during your trip your skipper will continually watch the weather forecasts. Your safety is a priority and the skipper will plan and adjust the schedule if the weather turns bad.
4WHAT IF I NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE?
On board the yacht is a list of hospitals and doctors. Your crew is trained to transfer you to the best facilities closest to the yacht. When boarding please advise your crew of any health concerns or medical conditions you might have so they can be aware of it.
THE YACHT
1HOW DO I GET TO THE YACHT?
Our partner shuttle company will fetch you from the airport or the nearest parking and take you to the yacht.
For Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik the shuttle fee is included in your charter price.
In more remote areas we will collect you with the dinghy and take you to your yacht.
2HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING?
In general space on our catamaran is not a big issue.
However we do recommend that you board the yacht with soft bags or duffel bags as they store easily on the yacht.
In the port of Rijeka we can assist with storage of large suitcases on shore.
3DO I NEED TO CHECK-IN?
We will send you all the documents you'll need beforehand. You can complete these documents and forward to us before arrival. That means no extra paper work when you arrive.
4IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
We have a designated smoking area at the back of the boat. Smoking inside the yacht is not allowed.
5DO WE NEED TO BRING FOOD & DRINKS?
No, all food and drinks on-board are provided. You can advise on your booking if you have some special preferences so our crew can make sure your meal or drink of choice will be there.
6DO YOU CATER FOR DIFFERENT DIETS?
Yes, please advise us in advance so the crew can surprise you with the right choice of your needs or liking.
7CAN I FISH DURING THE TRIP?
Yes, we have a small selection of rods and bait to full-fill your standard fishing needs. If you would like a more in depth fishing experience please advise us and we can have a fishing guide to assist us so your experience will be the best possible.
